Delete your ChakriPoth account

You can ask us to delete your ChakriPoth account and its data at any time.

How to ask

Send an email to rakib.appstudio@gmail.com
Use the subject Delete my account and write from the email address you use in the app, so we can confirm it is you.

We will reply to confirm, and then delete the account within a few working days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, profile details and profile picture link.
Your sign-in link to Google, and any password.
Your bookmarks, notes and “read” marks.
Your phone records and notification tokens.

What may stay

Exam results without your name, so that other people's rankings and the question statistics stay correct.
Payment records, if you ever paid, because we must keep accounting records. They are no longer linked to your name.

After deletion

Deleted data cannot be restored. You can create a new account later with the same email, but it will start empty. Any paid package on the deleted account is lost.
